The accounts section is providing accounting and financial information to executive authorities by way of Monthly expenditure returns and other reports, and providing timely and accurate figures to Hqrs. Office of preparation of financial accounts of Defence Services.
In discharging these duties the accounts section is maintaining various debt heads, linking of cheques, reconciling proforma account of Defence Services with RBI Nagapur for the transactions arising under audit jurisdiction of CDA Secunderabad, adjustment of Defence transactions with various other departments & Govts etc.
