ORS cell is a coordination cell in CDA Secunderabad relating to PBOR work and both PAOs. It performs th functions of both accounting and auditing like examining and advising PAOs on govt orders affecting PBOR allowances and other aspects, consolidation of reports, returns and inspection of PAOs work etc.
